Beware, They Are Close at Your Workplace...
Early symptoms of RSI are usually ignored by many people for many reasons. Tight schedule, stress on a project
completion, or an hourly quota are common reasons. Anyway, whatever the reasons are, they should not be ignored.
Some symptoms are delicate, while some others are more visible. Fatigue, inability to hold items safely or pick
something up, tremors, and powelessness even for just to stop hands, legs and knees from trembling are
the common early symptoms of RSI.
When met ones of these symptoms do the followings, stop working, get some water and drink a lot and take
some time until they stop. However, if these symptoms continue in several days, then they should find
medication since the actual condition can be worse than ever imagined.
Early RSI symptoms are only the initial of the undisclosed pain that ones may experience. If it is

comfortable chairs, also it is important to provide back supports for workers who have to deal with heavy items.
RSI went uneasily noticed in the workplace for so many years. Only when it is getting more and more
workers start complaining or even worse they take off from work due to this injury, employers and other
people in the workplace began to take an awareness. Therefore, when these symptoms show up, it is important to
let the responsible supervisor of the workplace know. Then, the workers can expect that other tasks could
be arranged on a rotational term so the working motion is not in a repetitive pattern.
For people who work from home, it is important to take frequent breaks, to manage their working time by only
two to three hours at a time is good enough and remember to drink a lot of water. Comfortable office equipments
are important things that it will protect hands, wrists, knees and feet from injury.
Although people usually ignore the early RSI symptoms, in fact they are suffering pain of it. Even if the pain
is not frequent, but still it remains a long-term damage risk to their bodies. Some other RSI
symptoms are having trouble to get dressed, swollen hands and toes, and feel powelessness to reach or take items
from others.
By recognizing early symptoms of RSI, people will keep themselves from acts that will cause RSI, or for
those who are suffering from it, they can afford to keep RSI from elaborating and getting worse. Educating
work mates is very important, too. Spreading the knowledge of RSI contribute on keeping off others at
