Myth #2: If You Don’t Cure Your Anger Management Problem, You Could End Up In Prison!

The truth is that if you don’t take care of many of life’s problems, you could end up in prison. If you don’t get your anger management under control, the first place you land will probably not be prison, but anger management classes (in most cases). Being angry does not make you a criminal--it makes you a normal human being who is attempting to express their emotions in a healthy way, but cannot always find the right tools.

Myth #3: You Are a Bad Person if you have Anger Problems

Having anger problems does not make you a bad person. Anger problems are often something that cannot be controlled simply by willing the problem away. Myth #4: Anger Management Is Learning How to Hold In your Anger
