There are many things you can do to help decreasing your problems with anger, but according to some people who was experiencing the similar problem, the best thing to do when it comes with anger is visiting a counselor otherwise you can attend an anger management class.

You can talk to a counselor everythings that upset you as it will help you to set a perspective on your problems. You with the counselor help together will do brainstorm some ways towards dealing with the problems that you are in, or in some other case they may help you to realize that some of the things caused you in anger should be released.**
